Seven foreigners in Nur-Sultan infected with coronavirus

Since the introduction of the state of emergency in Nur-Sultan, seven foreigners have been diagnosed with coronavirus infection. This was announced at an online briefing by the head of the capital's Public Health Department Saule Kisikova, Kazpravda.kz correspondent reports.

“Since the start of the registration of cases of coronavirus infection in Nur-Sultan, seven foreign citizens in the capital have been diagnosed with coronavirus. To date, five of them have successfully recovered, and were discharged from hospitals. Two foreigners are under treatment,” Kisikova said.

According to her, among them are citizens of the United States, Afghanistan, Russia, and Ukraine.

"Two are still receiving treatment. They went through intensive care, today they are in moderate severity condition. These are citizens of Afghanistan and the USA," the head of the capital’s Health Department added.

Note that today in Nur-Sultan 631 cases of COVID-2019 have been registered. 229 people have recovered from the disease.
