A situation center has been created in Nur-Sultan to distribute patients with coronavirus to hospitals, Kazpravda.kz correspondent quotes the head of the public health department of Nur-Sultan, Saule Kisikova, as saying at the briefing in the Central Communications Service.

“We have created a situational center where the hospital bed capacity for CVI patient flows is regulated. Due to the temporary suspension of planned outpatient visits, 32 additional ambulance teams were formed,” Kisikova said.

In addition, given the epidemiological situation in the city, a contact center based on emergency medical care was established.

"They immediately analyze and provide advisory services. This is about 500 calls per day. Call centers with responsible persons have also been created at city territorial polyclinics. Information is available on the resource," she noted.

Each head of a medical organization has mobile applications in the iKOMEK city information center.

“The calls immediately come to them on the mobile application,” Kisikova added. ⠀
