Adalan LLP represents the interests of foreign companies in Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Mongolia and Turkmenistan, in other countries of the EAEU and the CIS, where it registers disinfectants.

Registration of disinfectants can be a complex and lengthy procedure, which depends on the legislation of a particular country.

The following information and documentation are generally required for registration of disinfectants:

1. Application for registration, completed in the prescribed form.
2. Power of attorney for state registration
3. Technical description of the disinfectant, including its composition, method of application, indications and control methods of disinfection.
4. Results of testing the disinfectant for compliance with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation.
5. Copies of certificates of quality and/or conformity for the components of the disinfectant.
6. Documentation for equipment and technological processes for the production of disinfectants.
7. Sanitary and epidemiological report on the safety and effectiveness of using the disinfectant.
8. Information on the availability and affordability of the disinfectant for the public and users.
9. Payment for registration of disinfectant.

After providing all the necessary documents and paying the registration fee, the registration authority conducts an examination of the documentation and registers the disinfectant. Further actions may include obtaining permission to manufacture and/or distribute the disinfectant in accordance with legal requirements.
