Medicines Registration Manager

  • Required work experience: 1–3 years
  • Full time, full time
Requirements
  • higher education (medical, biological, chemical);
  • experience in the field of drug registration (from one year);
  • skills in creating a package of necessary documentation for registration of medicines;
  • knowledge of English: Intermediate level and higher (correspondence, teleconferences, work in company systems);
  • skills in organizing and conducting examination of drug registration;
  • experience of interaction with authorized organizations on registration issues.
  • experience in registration according to the rules of the EAEU is desirable
Responsibilities
  • organization and monitoring of examination and registration of medicines, dietary supplements in expert and regulatory organizations;
  • formation and/or verification of a package of documents for registration/re-registration of medicines, medical devices, dietary supplements;
  • interaction with regulatory and expert organizations that carry out registration of drugs, medical devices and dietary supplements, timely submission of requests or responses to requests;
  • monitoring the compliance of the current packaging and instructions for use with the approved registration documents;
  • planning and regular reporting.

Pharmacovigilance Assistant

  • Required work experience: 1–3 years
  • Full time, full time
Requirements
  • Higher medical or pharmaceutical education
  • Knowledge of legislation in the field of pharmacovigilance
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical company in a similar position is an advantage
  • It is desirable to have a certificate of advanced training in the pharmacovigilance system, other certificates from organizations conducting seminars on pharmacovigilance, and other documents confirming the qualifications of a specialist
  • English specialized: read, write, translate
  • Confident PC user
  • Sociable, team player, high efficiency, attentiveness, organization, diligence, active life position, result orientation
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and coordinating the company's pharmacovigilance system in accordance with local legislation and global requirements
  • Collection, preliminary analysis, timely forwarding, archiving of reports of adverse product reactions
  • Search for literary cases of adverse reactions to the company's products
  • Timely submission of periodic safety reports (PSUR, DSUR) to local regulatory authorities.
  • Timely notification of regulatory authorities about all identified safety problems of the company's products
  • Maintaining an archive of document flow of the company's product safety system on paper and electronic media
  • Timely reporting
